1. Data sources and hybrid catalog
BeforeToBuy.com combines live merchant feeds with clearly identified illustrative catalog data. Offers are labeled Production feed, Sample, or Demo so users can distinguish live entries from non-live ones.
2. No binding offer and no guarantee of price, stock, or availability
Information on this site is not a binding offer and not a price quote. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of prices, delivery times, stock status, or coupon codes. Merchant websites remain authoritative at the time of purchase.
3. We are not a party to merchant transactions
BeforeToBuy.com is not a seller, broker, marketplace operator, or payment processor. Contracts for goods and services are formed exclusively between you and the merchant. Shipping, payment, returns, refunds, warranty, and consumer rights are handled by the merchant.
4. Affiliate referral model
BeforeToBuy.com currently has live merchant programmes via AWIN in the United Kingdom (Seentat) and via 2Performant in Romania (Rowenta, Scule365), each with a live product feed and affiliate deep links when Affiliate cookie consent is granted. Other merchants are added only after acceptance and feed wiring. Other markets remain planned. We only compare and redirect; checkout is always on the merchant site. We may earn a referral commission from the merchant or network — we do not add a BeforeToBuy fee to your price.

5. Ranking of offers
By default, offers are sorted by an indicative total using the information currently available. Filters may change the order. Paid commercial placement is not currently used; if introduced later it will be clearly labeled.

Outbound links lead to third-party merchant websites. We are not responsible for their content, pricing, privacy practices, or availability. As a free service, catalogs and features may change, pause, or stay incomplete without notice.
